Open the partner portal, enter your name, mobile, email, firm name and RERA number, accept the Terms of Use and register.

Verify your mobile
A token is sent to your mobile by SMS. Enter it and verify to complete your registration.

Log in
Next time, log in with your registered mobile number and confirm the SMS token.

Create a customer pass
Choose the project location and enter your customer’s name, mobile number and email.

Customer confirms
Your customer receives a confirmation token by SMS. Enter it to confirm and create the pass.

Pass generated
The pass is created, available in your dashboard and sent to your customer.

Visit recorded
If you cannot attend, your client can present a valid digital pass and a Guest Relations Executive scans it to record the visit. Recognition depends on project-specific tagging validity, verification and applicable terms.

How do I join?
Complete the enquiry form on this page with your firm details. Our Channel Partner Desk will contact you to complete your partner profile.
How are clients tagged?
Clients are registered against a participating project, subject to that project’s rules.
How long does a client tag last?
Generally 30 to 45 days, varying by project. Re-tagging after expiry needs approval.
Can my client visit the site without me?
Yes. Your client can visit with a valid digital pass, which a Guest Relations Executive scans to record the visit.
What are the brokerage and incentives?
Rates, eligibility and payout conditions vary by project and campaign. Terms are shared by the team.
